It was so hard keeping my mouth shut biggrin.gif. But be sure to check the latest screenshots, and read the changes. The Genetica based GUI was really neat, but we feel the new GUI reflects the look and feel of the game even better. Perhaps we might include an option in-game to switch to classic mode or something. If there are fans that want it that is. All environments in the game are made with genetica, as are all particles in the game, and most of the textures. Some were outsourced. We used Genetica's environment nodes to create a spherical texture for the asteroids to enable more efficient mapping for the newer models. (that feature 1:1 collisions via Phys-X!).

Enjoy! A demo will arrive as soon as we can get it ready (which is sooner then later smile.gif )

We have a brand new HD gameplay video here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtKcEXwCnmA

This time around, it's a campaign preview, showing off lots of gameplay elements besides action: the tech tree, the ship production and the optional missions are just a few of these. Also, this is pretty much the final stage of the game, so it will look like this in the final release as well smile.gif

This part of the game shown in the video will be available to play in the upcoming demo version of the game.
