I have been making paving patterns and posting them as part of another topic: Here. http://www.spiralforums.biz/index.php?show...amp;#entry28937

I was experimenting and came up with this, which is not relevant to the other topic so I started a new one.

This paving, available at all insane garden centres and DIY stores, comes in packs containing all the blocks needed to cover a unit square. There is a diagram showing how the blocks should be laid but, and this is the crucial bit, there are no indications on the blocks as to where they fit within the pattern. Have fun and don’t expect to finish your patio anytime this century.

That was the easy part. biggrin.gif

I wanted to add some grass and weeds to the cracks between the blocks, I know there are fibre node presets that I could have looked at and copied the settings from but I decided to work without the map as I would learn more that way.

I am not 100% happy with the grass but I have just had an idea for something completely different.

That grass would also look good as dirt or grime if you changed the color.

Might work. I don’t use the fibre lab very often so it takes ages to get anywhere with it. wink.gif
