Just wondering what app did you create the ebook with? i think inkscape might be able to make these so i will have to try sometime. I had the forum size limitations also so i had to split it up with threads, maybe atlas could let users that have been around on the forums for a long time have a slightly higher limit or something.

As far as eBook publishing, I know 2-Bright Sparks has their Infohesive:

I've never really used it much beyond the demo - though I see now they've released version 2! Ima take another gander myself.
It lets you make eBooks also but requires it's own reader.
