Regarding your first point: Genetica's undo/redo system is currently geared towards multi-node projects. When you click OK in the dialog, an undo/redo is added to the main app as if all your tweaks in the dialog were a single "edit". But I completely agree with you that our major pop-up dialogs (Texture Synthesis, Environment Map, Style, etc) need an undo/redo directly in the dialog itself to speed up workflow. We've had our plates full with various features, but this is definitely working its way to the top of our to-do list.

No undo/redo was one thing i noticed, i have alctually made a list of a few things and a bug i found with synthesis i will be posting later. Undo/redo while in the lab is definately needed i think so this gets my vote also.

Time to mow?

I guess it needs a little fertilizer too. Nice texture though.

Synthesis, re-mapping, bombing, layers - my mind is going into overload :whistling: Atlas or someone, would you mind putting a couple of .gtx's up showing examples of combinations of these nodes/features so I can play and get a better idea of what I'm doing?

This is even better. I think I will stop "weaving" carpets and start taking photographs instead:

For the synthesis, there are a few presets in the program when you open up the synthesis node. Have you looked at those?

I am going to have some fun with the syth node; once I get my head around it. I can already see a few hundred uses for it.

Here is a Remap test involving an old polygon model i quickly made in rendered with UV mapping which in effect allows the Remapped texture to wrap around the UV imported image created from the rendered image.

I'd like to retract this inane cry for help. I had somehow managed to miss the 12 minute tutorial, and the post leading to the 'Remapping' explanations. :painting: Sorry about that guys - I'm currently playing around and watching the tutorial over and over.

Of course, now, the problem is, with all these wonderful, amazing things - where does one start????? :)
