Have you thought about a kindle version? Amazon should have an office in your country so it should help with the tax issue. If you do let me know how it works out. I am kind of interested in making kindle books.

No. It isn't in my actual projects...

if you want to know more about how it works with Kindle you can send an e-mail to my wife (see your private messages) who sells several books on Amazon. She could help you a lot, I think...

Thanks, it will be awhile, frankly I don't know when it will be done. Still on first draft and haven't figured out the ending. If all goes well, I may even try a few technical books as well.

I have started to create Cartoon Platforms I can modify very quickly to make an infinity of them. 
As you can see below I can change the "texture", shapes, colors, add holes, cut parts and so on... for various results and different themes.
You can test them with an orthographic camera (size = 6 is nice !) in Unity3D/2D. No antialiasing to reduce the Kb...
